SUMMARY:
- At 04:12 in the morning of September 13, 1991, the Commander of the Security Guard of EVA-4 observed a luminous body making circles over the main building of the settlement.
- The aforementioned non-commissioned officer describes the object as spherical, with a radius of about five meters and was at a height of about one hundred and fifty meters, making turns to the right, with a radius of about two hundred meters. No noise was heard.

REPORT ISSUED BY THE ACCIDENTAL CHIEF CAPTAIN OF THE DETACHMENT ON THE EVENTS THAT HAPPENED IN THIS MILITARY DETACHMENT IN THE EARLY MORNING OF DAY 13, 9, 91
SUBJECT: At 04. 12 o’clock in the morning the commander of the guard and two other witnesses observed an object moving above the settlement.
RESEARCH AND STUDY:
On September 13, Friday, at 04:12 in the morning, the C.E. Brigade (MEL). he was on duty at the Military Squad Settlement as Security Commander.
At that time he left the troop building, where the Guard Corps is temporarily located, through the door that leads to the NCO parking lot.
Looking up to see the weather, he saw a luminous body circling above the main building of the settlement.
The circles were right-hand turns, about two hundred meters in radius, about one hundred and fifty meters high. (By comparison with the height of Mount Paní, where the Technical Zone is located). A complete revolution occurred approximately every six seconds.
These evolutions did not produce any sound effect.
The object had an approximately spherical shape, flattened at its base, where a more intense focus of light could be seen than the rest, which was also bright white but did not dazzle. The approximate size of the object was about five meters in radius.
At first, he tried to attribute the phenomenon to a reflection on the clouds, either from the storm that seemed to threaten, or to the laser beams that some nightclubs in the bay use as a lure. He ruled out this possibility due to the position of the clouds, much higher than the object sighted, the distance of the storm, which was located over the Canigó mountains and that the color did not correspond to the light beams mentioned, as well as the regular evolutions that the object describes.
In this situation he called Corporal S.M.O. who was able to verify the extremes mentioned above.
After watching in amazement for about five or six minutes, they thought of calling the barracks at night, but when he was about to leave the building, the object vanished without any noise and without being able to pinpoint a trajectory.
After the 04:30 relay, the “Rise control” soldier, asked if he has seen anything, replies that he has seen a white circle circling the settlement.
Asked the service operator in the SAS room if he had noticed something abnormal in the operation of the equipment or some strange echo, he said no.
The C. E. Brigade (MEL) is considered by his superiors as a sensible and balanced man, little given to fantasies, a faithful performer of his obligations, who does not drink, smoke or use any type of drug. Asked if he had been medicated in the last few days, he said no.
On the morning of the 13th, when this officer reported the news of the guard, he was visibly upset and this officer’s impression is that he was sincere in his statements.
CONCLUSIONS
The commander and two components of the guard of the 13th saw something that evolves above the settlement.
It is unlikely that it is a reflection of light in the clouds.
The officer issuing this report does not find a reasonable explanation in the facts analyzed.

That around 04: 12 hours waiting outside the building in front of the non-commissioned officers’ parking lot, for the Corporal of the Guard to inspect the incoming Guard with weapons; I look at the sky to see what night it was, and suddenly I see above my head a bright white object, whose shape resembles a circular object with the brightest central part, which describes circling circles above the settlement, at a height of approximately a hundred or two hundred meters.

I spent 9 months in this air base in the coll del Pení (Rosas), in replacement 2/95, and I remember at that time that one night we were in the guard room upstairs in the balls (radars); it was the weekend and there were few people in the barracks, I remember that kitchen captain Sevilla was on duty, when suddenly we heard through the walkies that a strange observation was being reported, some lights that were outside the fences. That’s what police on duty reported We ran out of the guardhouse, it was a long north wind, you could barely hear the noise of the alarm because of the roar of the wind; when we were able to see the area of the sighting from above the radars, right next to where the garages were between the double security fence, some greenish lights that gave chills to see the way they moved, suddenly the walkie sounds the sergeant on duty asked us if we could see the lights from up there, we answered yes with a feeling of fear in our bodies, the guards from below ran towards the fences but the lights had disappeared; the guard was arrested the next day. A fellow military policeman from Sant Feliu de Guixols, who was on duty the next day, told me that he had seen a humanoid in the middle of the road inside the base, and that just when he wanted to get closer, the humanoid disappeared.

I served in EVA 4 between 2002 and 2008, I was assigned to the PA and the guards, because they were not like the replacement ones as in Marc’s case. The PA guards were only in the entrance and exit area From the barracks, in the elevated area of the mountain, where Engines, Offices, Radar, Microwaves and Cecom are located, only the sentry boxes remain and everything is controlled by cameras. One night, a second lieutenant from his office in the guard room, (I want to emphasize that the guard detachment of the base is now only in the lower part of the barracks), saw through the cameras a strange light… that moved quickly…, he went outside, looked up and started yelling at those of us who were in the booth….
We were very surprised, the three of us who were inside the sentry box went out, we were impressed by what we saw… it was a powerful light that illuminated the entire area of radars, microwaves and motors…
This second lieutenant ordered us to call the soldiers who were doing 24-hour service in motors, radar and cecom since the offices are free of personnel and the same thing happens in microwaves. The soldier in charge of watching the engines did not see anything until when he was able to lean out the window he saw a human form heading towards the fence area, the radar and cecom soldier also sighted the same thing, a being about 2 meters tall, and a very strong build and slow in his movements. Two patrols went up to the area, the guard officer was notified and halfway up the mountain as we went up with the patrols… the light passed just above us and disappeared in the Bay of Roses… A very strange case that was shelved radically the next day.
The Dark Area, the mysterious area erased from the map by Google Maps
Can a government order Google Maps to remove a city, a place, or an area from the Map just because it is not interested in seeing what is happening? The answer is yes. A government can do whatever it wants, even going as far as censoring maps on the Internet. What is hidden under the Black zone?
The dark area of the map that appears in Google Maps is like an American Area -51, it hides a super secret military base, which before the appearance of the Internet and Google Maps was hardly known to the public; but that now the Spanish Ministry of Defense is greatly concerned that it be “Monitored from the Google Maps Satellite”. The regional road from Roses to Cadaqués that crosses that military zone, the GI-620, has been deliberately cut off and ends right where an intimidating sign appears that warns “MILITARY ZONE, RESTRICTED PASSAGE”.

EVA Nº4 continues to be a key piece in the military and civil air traffic surveillance and security network in the Spanish State and in Europe. Under the great dome of 22.5 meters in diameter of Pení is the central part of these facilities. The sphere only has a protection function of a huge state-of-the-art radar moved by two motors and that goes around, one every ten seconds. In each rotation the radar sweeps a perimeter of about 470 km in distance and about 31 km in height. It has been designed for another precision detection at a long distance: it can detect an object of only one square meter of surface located in its observation radius, identify its position, height and trajectory. The secondary radar also reads, in the case of aircraft, the flight code with which they must necessarily identify themselves by emitting a signal detectable from the ground.
